Transportation Specialist (Hybrid)
Job Description
The Transportation Specialist will be responsible for the procurement of air, ocean, and land transportation services for materials and goods. The goal is to ensure goods and materials are at the right place at the right time.

+ Evaluate, compare and coordinate with freight forwarders
+ Manage database of forwarder quotes and agreements in a standardized format to enable benchmarking and analysis of freight costs
+ Process documents related to freight forwarding such as customs clearance, invoices for payments of duty, etc.
+ Monitor and collect shipment statistics for in and outbound flows to support global transparency of flows
+ Manage warehouse activities to ensure inbound and outbound lead time and accuracy
+ Support internal teams such as Order Handling, Logistics, ...
