Job Description
Become a key player at Meadow Lake Mechanical Pulp Inc. as a Transportation Coordinator. This role focuses on ensuring timely domestic shipments while managing schedules and documentation efficiently.
In this position, you will report directly to the Supply Chain & Logistics Manager. You will oversee truck and railcar logistics to guarantee that all shipments meet customer standards. Your responsibilities will also include preparing reports and maintaining inventory accuracy in SAP while ensuring cost-effective transport solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and monitor outbound truck and railcar shipments
• Maintain efficient systems for selecting transportation providers
• Verify inventory accuracy using SAP software
• Prepare regular shipment reports for management review
• Support cross-training initiatives with the Logistics Coordinator
