Job Description
Lead transportation safety operations with STRIVE as a Transport Safety Operations Supervisor. Combining fieldwork and office management, supervise routes and ensure safety compliance effectively.
This role involves overseeing a team of 18-25 collection truck drivers, balancing tasks in the office (20%) and the field (80%). You will train drivers directly, monitor route performance, and implement on-road policies. Strong supervisory experience, alongside health and safety knowledge, is essential for managing diverse team dynamics within this role.
