Your role will be managing the fleet of Company drivers, ensuring they are compliant and safe out on our roads, plus supporting the dispatch team.
This role requires a driven, self-motivated person who has the desire to succeed. You will need to be a focused, strong-willed, passionate team player who works well under pressure, thrives on a challenge and has an eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure 100% of trucks depart at the required time, and linehaul freight is moved to agreed schedules.
- Ensure inwards freight is delivered free from damage and in full quantity.
- Ensuring that all collection times and line haul dispatch times are monitored and recorded for reporting to the customers.
