Transitional Housing Worker – Rosemount Integrated Support Program (FT - Overnight Permanent)

The THW plays a vital role in supporting individuals living with mental health challenges who may also be experiencing homelessness, housing instability, or involvement with the justice system. Working within a supportive housing environment at Rosemount campus, the THW provides direct, client-centered support that promotes recovery, stability, independence, and meaningful community engagement. This includes assisting clients with daily living skills, wellness activities, and goal-setting, while responding to situations that arise during scheduled shifts, including evenings and overnights.
