Transitional Case Manager, Justice – London

Full‑time, Contract (Ending: November1,2026).

We believe in a support‑first approach for individuals who come into contact with the justice system because of addiction or mental‑health concerns. As Transitional Case Manager, you will work with clients to address underlying issues, provide counseling that builds on strengths, and help them make steps toward recovery. You will also attend court, communicate with justice partners, and advocate for the best interests of your clients.

Compensation & Schedule

Starting pay: $27.14per hour (Level1 – Direct Service). Registered professionals receive a wage differential ($30.01per hour for Level1 – Direct Service, Regulated). Unregistered external applicants start at Level1 with grid progression up to Level8 ($34.41per hour for non‑regulated, $37.26per hour for regulated).
