Optibus is seeking a Data Technician II in Querétaro, Mexico, to support the Customer Success team by managing customer onboarding, configuration, and training. You will use your technical and client relationship skills to help clients optimize their use of Optibus products.
The ideal candidate will have experience with GTFS, transit scheduling software, and a passion for public transportation. This role includes a mentoring component, ensuring smooth service delivery and contributing to ongoing improvements based on customer feedback.
