Responsibilities
- Sell and analyze customer demands for products and solutions, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups.
- Seek to establish and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs, explaining and presenting the company’s product and solution portfolio, and keeping them aligned through a visit plan coordinated with the Sales Manager.
- Prospect new customers to increase the company’s presence and market share.
- Develop sales plans using company tools, performing regular status reviews and proposing recovery plans in case of potential order failures.
- Create added value for the customer and Hitachi Energy, contributing to successful results of transactions, contracts, and proposals using effective sales techniques, and providing details in accordance with Hitachi Energy’s offer and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions).
