Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThis role provides leadership for the training department in the support of production areas to supply qualified team members in a timely manner and assist new style training to the existing workforce.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain all records and prepare statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitor progress of trainees to include attendance, praise, discipline, department, and individual goal setting in support of company goals.
- Ensure placement of employees to job assignment following initial training, results in the best fit for position and employee to maximize success for both the company and the employee.
- Complete time keeping system daily to ensure new hires and trainers time cards are correct and accurate.
