**SUMMARY OVERVIEW**
The Training & Safety Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the development, implementation, and delivery of training programs for all aviation staff. This role ensures that training is in compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and industry standards, while promoting safety, operational efficiency, and excellent customer service. The manager will also evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

+ Confers with management to gain knowledge of work situation(s) requiring training for employees to better understand changes in police, procedures, regulation and technologies
+ Formulates teaching outline and determines instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meeting and workshops
