We’re looking for a hands‑on, organized, and experienced WarehouseManager to lead our Gardening Department! If you love plants, knowyour way around tools/equipment, and thrive in a busy warehouseenvironment — this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Kickstart the crews in the morning and help them succeed throughout the day
- Handle onboarding: new staff orientation, t-shirts, docs, and first-day training
- Check in personally with crew members and support their growth
- Manage inventory of plants, soil, tools, equipment/gadgets, t-shirts and docs
- Oversee receiving, stock rotation & quality control
- Lead and train warehouse & seasonal staff
- Coordinate deliveries/pickups with Operations
