Empower young adults at Empowered Futures as a Training Facilitator in this part-time volunteer role. Create innovative training programs that help individuals transition confidently into adulthood.
This position, requiring 10–15 hours weekly, offers you the chance to make a meaningful difference through self-empowerment and mentorship. Lead and co-facilitate training sessions, create content, and utilize feedback analytics to improve training outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design training content for diverse audiences
• Facilitate and co-lead training programs
• Track and document participant experiences
• Support HR in identifying training needs
• Analyze training effectiveness through feedback frameworks
Requirements:
• 2 years of training facilitation experience minimum
• 1 year of experience in training content creation
• Degree or certification in Adult Learning preferred
