As a Training Facilitator, you will be instrumental in equipping new and existing staff at Broadstreet Properties. Your ability to employ diverse instructional techniques will ensure training programs are effective and aligned with company standards. Collaborating with hiring managers, you will monitor training progress and facilitate essential skills development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training sessions both virtually and in-person
• Train staff on essential procedures and skills
