Training Design & Onboarding Specialist

Link-Worldwide is seeking a Training Specialist in Santiago de Querétaro, Mexico. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and coordinating training programs to enhance the skills of employees at the customer support center.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering and has 2-3 years of relevant experience. Strong communication skills in English and Spanish are required along with a proactive approach to employee training.
