As part of the largest baking company in the world, Bimbo Canada is a leading producer and distributor of packaged fresh bread, bakery products and snacks. The company operates 15 bakeries and employs approximately 4,000 associates across Canada, serving major grocery chains and retailers.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate training and onboarding for newly hired associates and act as culture ambassador to support a positive associate experience
- Coordinate with business partners, including Supply Chain Leadership Team, Training Specialists, Safety, and Human Relations to ensure associates complete requirements
- Work with the local management teams to create and manage training matrix for the location, including tracking completed
