Training and Education Specialist Job Summary: In this role, you will assist members, staff, and third parties with general aspects of staff training and education activitiesfor the Credit Union. Improve overall employee effectiveness and performance through individual and group training programs. Facilitate training classes on all applicable subject matter for the credit union. Design, evaluate, update, and implement training materials and content. Administers LMS program, provide management with feedback, and support training programs.
