**Job Summary**
The Training Administrator is responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the sales courses, must have automotive knowledge to be the support of the instructors who conduct the course and / or other areas of the company.
Must be a proactive person, with good reading, writing and communication skills, empathetic and customer service.
Proficient in office, as reporting and metrics (KPIs) are required.
