Trainee

**Overview**:
Wallenius Wilhelmsen is seeking for a Trainee.
1. Analysis of bank statements in order to identify the collection with respect to the client and invoices covered by each payment.
2. Recording of collections in the accounting system (U4).
3. Completion of Payment Complements (REP) in our billing portal.
4. Uploading and sending Payment Complements to customer portals and contacts.
5. Attention to audit requirements, regarding the integration of invoice files, credit notes, collections, etc.
**Job Requirements**:
1. Studying in the last semesters of Accounting / Management / Industrial Engineering majors.
2. Financial support is given through an agreement with the school.
3. Must have insurance provided by the school.
