Job Description
- Conducts investigations, documents, analyzes, and reports findings.
- Reports nonconformities and improvement opportunities, and requests corresponding action plans.
- Communicates Quality Alerts across the organization.
- Characterizes and classifies operational discrepancies.
- Provides Return of Experience (RETEX) to personnel and delivers feedback sessions.
- Follows up on the correction of nonconformities, ensuring timely implementation of containment actions and monitoring the effectiveness of action plans.
- Performs internal audits across different company areas and supports the implementation of containment and corrective actions.
- Participates in the development, analysis, and updating of quality indicators as required.
- Supports quality investigations to determine root causes of nonconformities and responds to customer complaints.
