About the Position

Trading Operator in the Operations team at TotalEnergies Trading & Shipping, based in Geneva.

Coordinate the operational execution of trading activities from deal inception through final settlement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating logistics for loading and discharging operations by sea and/or overland
• Following up on vessels and optimizing rotations, loading plans and operational timelines
• Liaising with traders, counterparties, service providers, inspectors, shipping teams and internal support functions
• Managing storage and processing contracts, including quantities, qualities, customs and financial exposure
• Identifying and resolving operational issues in coordination with all relevant stakeholders
• Supporting the management of financial guarantees in collaboration with the Credit department
