What is the opportunity?
- Provide operational & administrative support to the Trading Room.
- Propose and implement automation and streamline processes where applicable.
What will you do?
- Provide administrative support to the trading desk.
- Assist in the input of trade information and the reconciliation of previous day trading activity.
- Research security prices as required.
- Act as a liaison between trading and operations staff.
- Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all trades.
- Identify trade settlement issues while offering solutions to minimize risks or costs.
- Provide assistance and support to trade room staff and portfolio managers when implementing new processes or revising existing procedures.
