Job Description

What is the opportunity?

• Provide operational & administrative support to the Trading Room.
• Propose and implement automation and streamline processes where applicable.

What will you do?

• Provide administrative support to the trading desk.
• Assist in the input of trade information and the reconciliation of previous day trading activity.
• Research security prices as required.
• Act as a liaison between trading and operations staff.

• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of all trades.

• Identify trade settlement issues while offering solutions to minimize risks or costs.
• Provide assistance and support to trade room staff and portfolio managers when implementing new processes or revising existing procedures.
