Job Description
We are looking for a Total Rewards & People Analytics Consultant to join our Total Rewards team on a 1-year contract. This position will be based out of our head office in Liberty Village and offers a hybrid work schedule, 2-days a week on-site, 3-days a week work from home.
This person will be responsible for leading the coordination and execution of key compensation and analytics initiatives for the People team. This role reports directly to the Global Director, Total Rewards & People Analytics and serves as a key partner in translating strategy into structured, high-impact execution.
The role provides day-to-day leadership to the Compensation and People Analytics team, supporting their development, prioritization, and alignment with business goals.
