You will play a pivotal role in Bentley’s Digital Design team, focusing on improving the buying journey through strategic design leadership. The position involves collaboration across departments, fostering an environment where designers are encouraged to thrive and innovate. Your hands-on experience and leadership will be critical in aligning design work with business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and lead a talented design team effectively
• Redefine and integrate buying experiences for users
• Define and measure design success criteria
• Manage both discovery and delivery processes
• Maintain high standards for quality and user experience
Requirements:
• 8+ years in UX, UI, or Product Design
