Toronto Night Shift Production Supervisor Role
Job Description
We are looking for a Night Shift Production Supervisor for Hamilton Kent's Toronto facility. This role focuses on the quality of molding processes while working from 11 PM to 7 AM, Sunday to Thursday.
You will be responsible for overseeing fabrication, injection, and compression molding activities to ensure the highest product quality. Lead teams towards continuous improvement while managing costs and staff accountability, ensuring compliance with safety standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily production staff and meet scheduled goals
• Identify and resolve quality and performance challenges
• Communicate with lead hands to enhance production results
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
• Evaluate and maintain operational effectiveness continuously
Requirements:
• Preferred completion of College or University
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a related field
