This role seeks an Associate Lawyer with 2-4 years of experience focused on corporate transactions. You will play a key part in drafting, negotiating, and managing crucial deal documentation and processes while working closely with senior partners in a busy corporate group.
Key Responsibilities: • Advise on private M&A transactions and corporate matters • Draft and negotiate share and asset purchase agreements • Oversee deal processes, including coordination and execution • Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on mandates • Manage files with growing autonomy under partner oversight
