Job Description
Make an impact as a Toronto AP Accountant emphasizing ERP systems. Your financial expertise will support our AP team and promote streamlined invoice processing.
The position requires a seasoned accountant with at least five years of full-cycle AP experience. You will work directly with the AP Manager, cross-train with AR teams, and handle vendor communications. Your intermediate Excel skills will aid in monthly analyses and report preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process invoices and manage payable transactions
• Conduct reconciliations of vendor/customer accounts
• Prepare monthly AP and period close reports
• Answer vendor queries and perform analysis
• Support audit requests and strategic projects
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years in accounts payable
• Proficient in SAP, Dynamics NAV, or similar ERP
