We are looking for two dedicated professionals to bolster our Occupational Health & Safety Management System (OHSMS). This role requires extensive knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry and a proven ability to lead training initiatives. Effective communication and strong leadership skills are necessary for fostering a positive safety environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed safety inspections and site visits regularly
• Lead risk assessments and suggest preventive measures
• Manage incident investigations with follow-up requirements
• Create and update site-specific Safe Work Procedures
• Deliver targeted safety training for employees and subcontractors
