Drawing from your 5 years of experience, you will guide the tool and die design process using your CAD skills. Your role involves assessing part feasibilities and ensuring timely delivery of robust tooling solutions for the stamping process.
Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate on quotes for part feasibilities and tooling costs • Ensure compliance with Karmax Heavy Stamping Die Standards • Schedule tool shop visits to verify production timelines • Analyze stamping simulations and derive RFQs • Lead continuous improvement activities and material utilization
