Toluca GT MFE Manager

We are looking for a Toluca GT MFE Manager to join the Engineering - GT Toluca team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

The position is based at our office in Toluca.

• Manage advanced product quality planning and engineering-related activities.
• Lead the engineering team in addressing customer complaints.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to analyze and establish corrective actions for process defects.
• Manage internal and customer pilot activities.
• Define the production process, including process conditions and control plan.
• Promote team participation in improvement activities such as cycle‑time reduction, raw‑material consumption optimization, and line balancing.
• Establish, manage, and monitor engineering KPIs.
• Approve engineering‑related master documents.
• Plan, monitor, and manage MMX projects related to engineering.
