Position: Time & Materials Billing Specialist
Department: Finance & Administration
Location: North Vancouver, BC
Reports To: Group Controller
As our Time & Materials Billing Specialist, you’ll ensure accurate daily LEMS reporting, invoicing under time‑and‑materials contracts, and maintenance of billing records, supporting project financial health and client confidence.
Responsibilities
- Ensure accurate daily time capture and LEMS reporting to clients
- Prepare and issue invoices under time‑and‑materials contracts
- Review project timesheets, expense reports, and material usage logs for accuracy
- Work closely with Project Managers to resolve discrepancies
