About the RoleWe are looking for a highly strategic and execution-driven B2B Marketing Manager to drive merchant acquisition and ecosystem growth for TikTok Shop Brazil. This role will focus on identifying, packaging, and amplifying high-impact success cases (., brand growth stories, campaign wins, seller breakthroughs) into compelling narratives, and distributing them across multiple channels to attract and educate potential sellers and partners. You will work closely with cross-functional teams (Category, Strategy, Ads, Partnerships, and Operations) to turn business results into scalable marketing assets that drive tangible business outcomes.
