Responsibilities

Be responsible for the P&L of the category.
Provide industry knowledge and leverage own network to ensure success of category.
Hire and develop a strong team.
Acquire and incubate sellers/merchants to support category growth.
Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into sellers' short‐term and long‐term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
Collaborate cross‐functionally to unlock sellers' potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos.
Navigate through ambiguity, adapt to frequent changes and influence key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category.
