• Define the long‑term strategy, lead key initiatives, and set the future direction of the category.
• Be responsible for the P&L of the category.
• Provide industry knowledge and leverage own network to ensure success of category.
• Hire and develop a strong team.
• Acquire and incubate sellers/merchants to support category growth.
• Discover innovative collaborative models that fit into sellers' short‑term and long‑term development plans, and invest platform resources effectively and efficiently.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to unlock sellers' potential on the platform, drive business growth and adoption of livestream and short videos.
• Navigate through ambiguity, adapt to frequent changes and influence key stakeholders to drive decisions for the category.
