Join March Networks as a Tier 1 Network Operations Center Support Specialist. In this role, you will monitor video surveillance systems, ensuring optimal performance through remote diagnostics and proactive support.
March Networks is expanding its Managed Services with a Tier 1 NOC Support Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include monitoring customer equipment health, logging critical alerts, and coordinating troubleshooting efforts. You'll gain experience working with a variety of technologies and maintaining customer satisfaction through effective issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor health alerts for customer video systems
• Perform remote diagnostics and apply necessary fixes
• Log and update tickets in the NOC database
• Escalate issues to Tier 2 as necessary
• Conduct IP camera firmware upgrades when required
