Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide daily support to manufacturing operations by ensuring seamless product flow through the production line, coordinating with both on-site factory personnel and the extended Center of Excellence team.
- Creates/modifies mechanical Parts/Assemblies/drawings in CAD systems such as Creo and/or Solid Edge.
- Create and maintain Bill of Materials and unit configurator logic to select the correct BOMs based on options selected by the customer.
- Works with Manufacturing, Service, and Quality to understand their requirements to design a product that best meets all their needs.
- Assist with prototype builds by providing technical support and guidance when issues arise.
- Gather feedback from prototype builds and field trials and implement appropriate improvements to the product.
- Understand the products, suggest ideas and improvements.
