Responsibilities

• Assume a leadership role with accountability for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Facilitate achievement of business results by role‑modeling a shopping experience that encourages uniquely responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation and operational integrity that fosters positive customer connections and loyalty.
• Lead an operationally sound business by balancing company policies, procedures, shrink/loss prevention, payroll, reporting, and scheduling.
• Recruit, manage, develop, and train top talent who have a love of shoes.
