In this role, you will work within the Lawson Ministries Programs, planning and implementing programs that cater to the specific needs of adults. Your responsibilities will include managing their daily living needs while fostering a respectful and encouraging atmosphere. You must effectively document care while collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create customized care plans for service users
• Facilitate meal preparation and household cleanliness
