TFI Senior Associate

Bank of China, Agencia en Chile, is looking for its next TFI Senior Associate to join the Treasury & Financial Institutions Department (TFI), reporting directly to the Head of TFI.

The role holder will be responsible for executing the Branch's treasury operations in the local market (FX, money market and fixed income) within approved mandates, applying the four-eyes principle as second line of control on all transactions. The role also acts as designated backup to the Head of TFI when required.

• Execute trades in FX, money market and fixed income instruments in accordance with approved dealing mandates and risk limits.
• Manage the Branch's short- and long-term investment portfolios, monitoring daily interest rate and FX exposures.
• Develop the Financial Institutions business: credit line applications and renewals, commercial visits, marketing, classification and AML due diligence.
