Testing Engineer Assembly-Planta Irapuato

Subject matter expert of product design and function.Ensure the quality adherence to engineering product & test specifications.Define and review testing procedures, process, and improvement proposals and proper documentations aligned with Quality operating system, and contribute to develop or improve product test method as required.Conduct failure analysis and cause analysis for testing issues as a role model, including the use of problem-solving tools.Ensure the availability of testing systems, improve and support the definition of destructive and nondestructive test including interpretation, error codes data base improvements and develops back up methods as required.Bachelor degreed: Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics / Electronics Engineer with in product testing expertise demonstrable.Automotive Industry Experience- in Electric Vehicles desirable.Conduct with servant leadership skills and behaviors role model.DISCLAIMER: Ford Motor Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, as ...
