Test Lead (Toronto)

Hiring: Test Lead – Banking Domain

Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days/week onsite)

Duration: 12 Months Contract

We are looking for an experienced Test Lead with strong expertise in the Banking/Financial domain.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of experience as a Test Lead in banking applications
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile & Waterfall models
• Experience with functional testing and test management
• Hands‑on experience with HP ALM Quality Center, JIRA, Confluence
• Familiarity with tools such as Git/Bitbucket, Maven, Postman, SoapUI
• Experience in system analysis, troubleshooting, and reporting
• Solid understanding of testing metrics, automation frameworks, and industry standards
