Job Description
Join Dawn InfoTekInc as a Test Lead to drive the quality assurance of online banking applications. This hybrid role necessitates in-office presence 3 days a week in Downtown Toronto and North York.
The Test Lead will take charge of QA processes and serve as the primary liaison between client and vendor teams. This role includes leading the planning, execution of tests, and ensuring adherence to quality and security standards. A hands-on approach with issue resolution and mentorship of junior staff is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all QA initiatives for client-facing banking applications
• Develop and review comprehensive test plans and cases
• Coordinate the efforts of the QA team on client projects
• Manage client inquiries regarding quality and testing progress
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards
