• Lead and manage staff to ensure smooth operations
• Optimize routing, scheduling, and fleet utilization
• Ensure compliance with safety and transportation regulations
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and clients

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of experience in transportation/logistics
• Proven leadership and operational management skills
• Strong problem‑solving and communication abilities
