Terminal Manager (Multi-terminal Operations)

Job Summary

The Terminal Manager will oversee our Calgary & Edmonton terminals and is responsible for leading and managing all local operational functions, including dock operations, local driver performance, fleet maintenance coordination, and terminal safety compliance. While key support functions such as dispatching, customer service, and health & safety are centralized at our Calgary head office, the Terminal Manager plays a vital role in executing terminal-level operations and ensuring service excellence in collaboration with the broader operations team.

Role Purpose

The Terminal Manager is accountable for end-to-end operational execution across all terminals within the network.
