Tendering Manager, Nordic Cluster (Suomi)

About the role

We are looking for a Tendering Manager who will be a line manager and a key member of an international team of 11 people across Sweden, Finland and Denmark. The role is part of the Management Team in the operating unit and involves leading and coaching team members while developing the tendering and quotation process.

Your responsibilities

• Leadership and personnel responsibility
  • Lead, coach and develop employees within the tender and quotation organisation.
  • Act as line manager and member of the unit Management Team.
  • Ensure skills development, work distribution and a good working environment.
