Manage tenant improvement and special projects as a dedicated Project Superintendent. Ensure projects are executed safely, on budget, and aligned with quality standards while directing field teams.
With over 5 years of experience, this role requires a proactive Superintendent to handle day-to-day operations of commercial construction projects. Your responsibilities will include developing project plans, fostering compliance with safety and quality guidelines, and overseeing the work of both field staff and subcontractors.
