Job Description

A Taste Of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Escalation Management & Resolution — Manage and track ServiceNow escalation tickets, including retirement and benefits-related issues, ensuring adherence to service-level agreements.
  • Audit Execution — Perform weekly audits across multiple areas to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Vendor Partnership — Partner closely with external benefits vendors to resolve employee issues and escalations efficiently.
  • Case Handling & Support — Resolve employee inquiries through vendor service requests, ServiceNow or EPIC cases, and internal escalations.
  • Project & Operational Support — Support quarterly administrative projects and ad‑hoc initiatives as business needs arise.
We’re Looking for Someone With
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Administration, HR or related.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Health & Welfare and/or Retirement Benefits Administration.
