The role of this position will be focused on processing all operational requests for installation and telematics client' support.
Additionally, he will be in charge of managing, coordinating and reporting the installation of telematics for electric chargers.
- Coordinating and reporting telematic installation volume on a monthly basis (Resser, GEOTAB, Risk Enhancer, EV's).
- Follow-up on suppliers and clients' requests.
- Billing/AP(Account payables) - create and report billing detail records
- Ticket tracking (Follow-Up escalations)
- Follow-up to disconnections or technical issues with the device...
