Telecom Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the point of contact for customer, managing workload and scheduling of projects.
• Coordinate all utility locates required for projects assigned to your crew, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Organize and schedule hydrovac, drilling, and plowing/trenching operations.
• Supervise on-site your assigned crew to maintain high safety standards and ensure all project requirements are met.
• Keep accurate records of billing information for all projects you complete.
• Complete thorough as-built documentation upon project completion.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in supervising telecommunications construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of fibre and copper placement techniques.
• Experience with equipment such as hydrovacs, drills, plows, and trenchers.
• Proficient in using SiteDocs software.
