  The Department 
 Retail and Telebet Services Department is committed to provide quality and efficient service to our customers throughout Hong Kong. Telebet operates 4 contact centres at different locations providing 7x24 services. The centres are equipped with an advanced call platform and associated systems as well as a betting network with over 2,000 betting terminals. 
 
  The Job 
  You will 
 Support the implementing and monitoring of business plans to optimize the betting turnover from Racing, Football Betting and Mark Six in achieving target KPIs and corporate objective
 Supervise a large pool of part-time staff to meet target service levels and performance standards
 Resolve customer enquiries and feedbacks in relation to Telebet Services
 Implement procedures and controls to ensure compliance and quality of work
