Review warranty charge backs - Create yearly warranty performance metric - Coordinate customer Warranty returns analysis - Monthly data preparations Targets vs. actual - Coordinate internal warranty meetings - Create and follow up Warranty action list - Translate and categories customer warranty claims for internal use - Prepare customer Warranty trends for Aptiv quality management - Coordinate 8D reports/ 1-pager reports - Collect and analyze customer repair data Prepare and provide structured and prioritized warranty data to the responsible department either internally and/or externally to the Customer after each warranty claims (weekly or monthly) cut-off date.
